(e) Minimum required plot widths for row houses <br />only in the Residential R-75 District: <br /> <br />Interior Plots .......... minimum width - 16 feet. <br /> <br />End Plots ............... minimum width - 30 feet. <br /> <br /> (f) Additional required plot width per dwelling <br />unit other than a row house in excess of one in the Resi- <br />dential R-75 or Office Residential 0R-75 Districts ...... <br />10 feet. <br /> <br />(g) Minimum required front yard ...... 25 feet. <br /> <br /> (h) Minimum required building setback line. Every <br />building in the Residential R-75, the Residential R-75-S and <br />O~f~ce Residential OR-75 districts shall be set back at least <br />50 feet from the center line of the street upon which the lot <br />fronts and 40 feet from the center line of any adjoining side <br />street, except that every building adjacent to a street which <br />has a building setback line prescribed in the City Code shall <br />be set back an accordance therewith. <br /> <br /> (i) Minimum side yard for one or two stories. The <br />minimum required side yard for every plot occupied by a one <br />or two story structure other than a row house shall be 10% <br />of the plot width but not less than 5 feet except that any <br />side yard abutting a street shall be at least 15 feet. The <br />sum of the two side yards shall not be less than 25 percent <br />of the plot width. The end dwelling in a row house structure <br />shall have a side ~ard of at least 10 feet except that any <br />side yard abutting a street shall be at least 15 feet and <br />there shall be a minimum distance of 20 feet between the end <br />dwellings of separate row house structures. <br /> <br /> (j) Minimum side yards for multi-story buildings. <br />The minimum required side yard for every plot occupied or to <br />be occupied by a structure of more than two stories shall be <br />determined as in subsection (i) immediately above, except <br />that five additional feet shall be added to each of the side <br />yards so determined for each full story of building height in <br />excess of two stories. <br /> <br /> (k) Minimum required rear yard is 25 feet except that <br />corner lots may have a rear yard of not less than 15 provided <br />that one side yard has a width of at least 25 feet. <br /> <br /> (1) Maximum permissible plot coverage. ~he total <br />ground area covered by the principal building and all accessory <br />buildings or structures shall not exceed 30 percent of the <br /> <br /> <br />
