total plot area. <br /> <br /> (m) Height of buildings. In the Residential R-75-S <br />and Office Residential OR-75 Districts, no building shall <br />exceed three stories in height. <br /> <br /> (n) Location of accessory buildings. No accessory <br />building shall be erected in any required front or side yard, <br />or within 15 feet of any street line, or within five feet of <br />any plot line not a street line. <br /> <br /> (o) Off-street automobile parking. Space for this <br />function shall be provided as specified in Section 3-16. <br /> <br /> (p) Corner visibility. On a corner plot, within <br />the area formed by the center lines of the intersecting streets <br />and a line joining points on such center lines at a distance <br />of 80 feet from their intersection, there shall be no obstruc- <br />tion to vision between a height of three feet and a height <br />of ten feet above the average grade of each street at the center <br />line thereof; provided, however, this section shall not apply. <br />to United States mail boxes, police and fire alarm boxes, <br />public utility poles, street name markers, official traffic <br />signs and control devices, fire hydrants, and tree trunks with <br />circumference not greater than five feet. <br /> <br />2, An emergency exists, and this ordinance shall take effect <br />from its passage. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held~ ~25, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
