streets and a line joining points on such center lines at <br />a distance of 80 feet from their intersection, there shall <br />be no obstruction to vision between a height of three feet <br />and a height of ten feet above the average grade of each <br />street at the center line thereof; provided, however, this <br />section shall not apply to United States mail boxes, police <br />and fire alarm boxes, public utility polesr street name <br />markers, official traffic signs and control devices, fire <br />hydrants and tree trunks with circumference not greater <br />than five feet. <br /> <br />2.
