(e) Minimum required building setback line. <br />Every building in the Residential R-60 and the Residential <br />R-60-A Districts shall be set back at least 50 feet from <br />the center line of the street upon which the plot fronts <br />and 40 feet from the center line of any adjoining side <br />street, except that every building adjacent to a street <br />which has a building setback line prescribed in the City <br />Code shall be set back in accordance therewith. <br /> <br /> (f) Minimum side yards. The minimum required <br />side yard on every plot occupied by a one or two story <br />structure, other than a row house, shall be ten percent of <br />the plot width but not less than five feet, except that any <br />side yard abutting a street shall be at lcast 15 feet. The <br />end dwelling in a row house structure shall have a side yard <br />of at least five feet except that any side yard abutting a <br />street shall be at least 15 feet and there shall be a mini- <br />mum distance of 15 feet between the end dwellings of separate <br />row house structures. <br /> <br /> (g) Minimum side yards for multi story buildings. <br />The minimum required side yards for every plot occupied by <br />a structure of more than two stories other than a row house <br />shall be determined as in subsection (f) immediately above, <br />except that four additional feet shall be added to each of <br />the side yards so determined for each full story of build- <br />ing height in excess of two stories. <br /> <br /> (h) Minimum required rear yard is 25 feet except <br />that corner lots may have a rear yard of not less than 15 <br />feet provided that one side yard has a width of at least <br />25 feet. <br /> <br /> (i) Maximum permissible plot coverage other than <br />for row houses. The total ground area covered by the princi- <br />pal building and all accessory buildings or structure shall <br />not exceed 35 percent of the total plot area. <br /> <br /> (j) Location of accessory buildings. No accessory <br />building shall be erected in any required front or side yard, <br />or within fifteen feet of any street line, or within five feet <br />of any plot line not a street line. <br /> <br /> (k) Off-street automobile parking. Space for this <br />function shall be provided as specified in Section 3-16. <br /> <br /> (1) Corner visibility. On a corner plot, within <br />the area formed by the center lines of the intersecting <br /> <br /> <br />
