Sec. 14-3g. Penalties. Any person, firm or <br />corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance <br />shall be deemed guilty of a mis~emean0r and upon conviction <br />thereof shall be punished by a fine not more than $300.00 <br />dollars or be confine~ in jail for not more than thirty days, <br />either or both. Each day's violation shall constitute a <br />separate offense and shall be punishable as such. <br /> <br />2. This ordinance shall take effect ninety days from the date <br />of its passage. From and after the effective date ef this <br />ordinance, the license to operate a swimming pool reauired by <br />section 14-20 shall be obtained on or before June 30, 1971, <br />and shall expire on April 30, 1972; no reduction in the fee <br />for such license shall be allowed. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, a% a ~eeting held on March 9, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
