AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $23,000.00 FROM THE UTILITY FUND <br />FOR AN ENGINEERING STUDY FOR EXPANSION OF THE SEWAGE TREAT- <br />MENT PLANT. <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Twenty-three Thousand and no/100 <br />($23,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the Utility Fund for an engineering study for expansion <br />of the sewage treatment plant. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 7, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
