AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $2,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR A DRAINAGE STUDY IN THE VICINITY OF AIR- <br />LINE ~BOULEVARD AND VICTORY BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Two Thousand and 00/100 <br />($2,000.00) Dollars be and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the General Capital Improvement Fund for a drainage am- <br />provement study to be conducted in the vicinity of the inter- <br />section of Airline Boulevard and Victory Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November 23, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
