AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $700.00 FROM THE GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IP~ROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN EMERGENCY RADIO <br />AI~TENNA FOR THE CIVIL DEFENSE EMERGENCY CENTER. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Seven Hundred and 00/100 <br />($700.00) Dollars be and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the General Capital Improvement Fund for the purchase <br />of an emergency radio antenna for the Civil Defense Emergency <br />Center at the Civic Center. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November 23, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
