AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />FOR PAYMENT OF LEGAL FEES INCURRED IN DEFENSE OF THE CASE OF <br />BELLAMY, ET ALt v. ENNIS~ ET AL. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 <br />($15,000.00) Dollars be and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the General Fund to pay legal fees incurred in behalf of <br />the defendants in the case of Bellamy, et al, v.
