mean the director of public health, <br />enforce said Code. <br /> <br />who is <br /> <br />hereby designated to <br /> <br /> (3) Section 103.2(b) (3) and Section 308.3(c) be de- <br />leted in their entirety. <br /> <br /> (4) Section 301.2 of said Southern Standard Housing <br />Code, 1969 edition, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />301.2 - Location and construction o sanmtary facilities. <br /> <br /> Ail required plumbing fixtures shall be located with- <br />in the dwelling unit and be accessible to the occupants of same. <br />The water closet, tub or shower and lavatory shall be located <br />in a room affording privacy to the user and such room shall <br />have a 'minimum floor space of thirty ~30) square feet. Toilet <br />or bathroom floors shall be constructed of material impervious <br />to water, or if constructed of wood, they shall be covered or <br />painted so as to make the floor surfaces reasonably impervious <br />to water. <br /> <br /> (5) Section 301.7 of said Southern Standard Housing <br />Code, 1969 edition, be amended, to read as follows: <br /> <br />301.7 - Garbage and rubbish facilities. <br /> <br /> Every dwelling unit shall have adequate garbage dis- <br /> posal facilities or garbage storage containers, type and loca- <br /> tion ofwhich ~acilities~or cootaine.r~sare approved by the <br /> applicable governing body. Every dwelling or dwelling unit <br /> shall also have approved rubbish storage facilities. Such <br /> facilities shall be provided by either the owner or the occu- <br />'pant of said dwelling or dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> (6) Section 301 of said Southern Standard Housing <br />Code, 1969 edition, be amended by adding thereto a new sub- <br />section to read as follows: <br /> <br />301.8 - Refrigeration facilities. <br /> <br /> Every dwelling unit shall have adequate gas or elec- <br />trical refrigeration facilities, properly operating, and capa- <br />ble of preserving perishable foodstuffs. Such facilities shall <br />be provided by either the o~er or the'occupant of said dwell- <br />ing unit. <br /> <br /> (7) Section 304.14 of said Southern Standard Housing <br />Code, t969 edition, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
