AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 5-44 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1961, PERTAINING TO THE NUMBER OF PASS- <br />ENGERS ON INTRAURBAN BUSES. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> l. That Section 5-44 of ~he Code of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, 1961, be and the same hereby is repealed. <br /> <br /> 2.
