AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $500,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MANOR HIGH SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Five Hundred Thousand and no/lOO <br />($500,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the General Capital Improvement Fund for the construction <br />of Manor High School. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held October 12, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
