Be it ordained by the Council of ~he City of Ports- mouth, Virginia: 1. That Sections 18-159, 18-164 and 18-171 be ~.ended and re- ordained to read as follows: Sec. 18-iS9. Designation. leased by mng lots: The following described parcels of land owned or the city are hereby designated as off-street park- (a) Civic Center Parking Lot. The parcel of land in the square bounded by High Street extended, Water Street, Columbia Street and the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River shall be kn6wn and designated as Civic Center Parking Lot. ' {b) Muse%~ Parking Lot. The parcel of land in the square ~oun£_edby ~igh S~treet,.,ex~ended~ I~_ter Street, Lcn~on Boulevard Extended and the Southern Branch of tile Elizabeth River shall be known and designated as Museum Parking Lot. Sec. 18-164. How parking meters placed and installed. Parking meters installed pursuant to Section 18-162 shall be placed or sen in such manner as to show om display by a signal that the space adjacent to such meter is or is not legally in use.
