That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1971-63 be amended and re- <br />ordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance Study Com~ission - <br /> composi~tion. <br /> <br /> A coD~ission, to be known as the Portsmouth Zoning <br />Ordinance Study Cor~ission, is hereby created. The co~m.%ission <br />shall consist of seven members, the City A~torney, the Director <br />of Inspections, the Planning Director, and four citizens appoint- <br />ed by the Council, one of whom shall be an architect and one <br />shall be in the business of devetopmng subdivisions. All me~ers <br />shall be residents of the city. <br /> <br />2.
