Section 5. To the extent that any monies in the accounts <br />of the School Board derived from sources other than the State of <br />Virginia are unexpended at tke end of the fiscal year 1970-71 and <br />thus become available for use the next fiscal year~ the City's <br />share of the apprcpriation made for education and scholarships <br />for the nex~ ensuing fiscal year shall be decreased by a like <br />a/aount. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
