(b) A proposed circulation plan showing circulation pat- <br />terns of vehicular, pedestrian or other traffic; <br /> <br />space; <br /> <br />(c) A plan showing con, unity facilities and useable open <br /> <br /> (d) A plat as required for preliminary plat approval <br />under Section 32-10 of the Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> <br /> (e) Statistical or technical data as necessary to evalu- <br />ate the total development including but not limited to the following: <br /> <br /> (1) Amount of land proposed t~ be used for ~public <br />or semi-public uses such as churches, schools, etc.; <br /> <br /> (2) <br />recreati0nal use; <br /> <br />Amount of land proposed to be set aside for <br /> <br />(3) Amount of land proposed to be set aside for <br /> <br />streets; <br /> <br /> (4) Amount of any submerged or unuseab!e land <br />within the project boundary; <br /> <br /> (5) The gross density of the planned unit develop- <br />ment. The gross density shall be computed by dividing the total <br />number of proposed dwelling units wi~hi~ the deve!~pment by the <br />gross development area, such gross density not to exceed 14 units <br />per acre. The gross development area shall not include any land <br />which is reasonably useless for normal human endeavors and which <br />is so designated by the City Council. <br /> <br /> (f) The n~e, professional title and address of the <br />planner, urban designer, architect or engineer who prepared the <br />proposed plan of development; <br /> <br /> (g) Evidence that public notice has been given of the <br />fact that the developer intends to develop land as a planned unit <br />development. The public notice required shall be ~e same as re- <br />quired by law to amend this ordinance and shall be at the expense <br />of the developer. <br /> <br />Section 5A-9. Review and Approval of Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br /> No such planned unit development shall be approved un- <br />less the plan of development shall have first been referred to: <br /> <br /> (a) The director of planning or his authorized agent <br />who shall determine if the design concept of the plan is in conformity <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
