Section 5A-3. Minimum Acreage. <br /> <br /> No planned unit development shall be approved for a site <br />of less than 20 contiguous acres unless the plan for such smaller <br />site shall be approved by 6 members of Council. <br /> <br />Section 5A-4. Zoning Restrictions. <br /> <br /> No planned unit development .shall he approved unless the <br />development site is zoned residential. <br /> <br />Section 5A-5. Relation To Other Ordinances and Regulations. <br /> <br /> A planned unit development as defined in Section 5A-2 <br />shall be ex~pt from the dimensional requirements for residences <br />as stated in Article 5 of this ordinance and Section 32-17 of <br />the Subdivislon Ordinance unless such ctimensionat requirements are <br />expressly required. The development plan shall conform to all <br />other requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth unless such requirements are expressly waived. <br /> <br />Section 5A-6. Pre-application Studies. <br /> <br /> Prior to the formal submission oi a proposed plan of de- <br />velopment, ~he developer or his representative shall hold a confer- <br />ence with the director of plannin? or his authorized agent concern- <br />ing t~e proposed plan of development and submit unofficial preliminary <br />studies of the concept of the proposed development for tentative re- <br />view, comments and recommendations. The official plan of development <br />shall be submitted to ~he Planning Co~mission only after the comple- <br />tion of the tentative review of the unofficial preliminary studies. <br /> <br />Section 5A-7. Application. <br /> <br /> After pre-application review as~set forth in Section 5A-6 <br />has been completed, the developer shall apply for permission to pur- <br />sue a planned unit development. No such permission shall be granted <br />un~il a formal plan of development has been submitted and approved <br />in accordance herewith. <br /> <br />Section 5A-8. Contents of Proposed Plan of Development. <br /> <br />The proposed plan of development shall include the fol- <br /> <br />lowing: <br /> <br /> (a) A proposed land use plan showing the use of each lot <br />or tract within the development; <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
