approval of the final subdivision plat and submit for file <br />five (5) paper copies and one (I) reproducible tracing thereof; <br />and he shall sukmit a fee with the application ~s required by <br />Section 32-24 of this chapter. The final subdivision plat shall <br />be sub~.itted in accordance with Section 32-12 of this chapter. <br />Approval of the final subdivision plat shall be evidenced with- <br />in thirty (30) days on the face thereof by the signatures of the <br />Planning Director (or the Deputy Planning Director) and the <br />City Engineer (or the Assistant City Engineer). The subdivider <br />may file for final approval of a portion of the approved pre- <br />liminary subdivision plat which he proposes to record. Any <br />substantial change in the proposed final subdivision plat <br />from the approved preliminary subdivision plat shall constitute <br />gr6unds for referral of the plat by the Planning Director to <br />the Planning Commission at its next regular meeting. At each <br />regular Com~ission meeting, the Planning Director shall report <br />on the approval of final plats. It shall be unlawful for anyone <br />to alter a f~nat subdivision plat after the Planning Director <br />and the City Engineer have ~ffixed their signatures thereto, <br />without their permission in writing, and a plat so altered <br />without written permission shall be null and void. <br /> <br /> The approval of the final plat shall not become finally <br />-effective until the s~divider has made, ~r provided for, the <br />~provements required pursuant to Sections 32-20, 32-21 and <br />32-22(a) of thi~ chapter to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Section 32-9. Minor subdivisions - approval procedure. <br /> <br /> (a) The Planning Director may certify a subdivision <br />or resnbdivision plat as a ~minor subdivision" if he finds tha~: <br /> <br /> (1) The subdivision meets the definition set forth <br />in Section 32-2(n) of this article and existing facilities will <br />adequately accommodate the modification; and <br /> <br /> (2) The proposal meets all Yequirements with re- <br />spect to lot slze~ and area of the Zoning Ordinance and of this <br />chapter, and that the said proposal will not create a violation <br />of any-of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> <br /> (3) The proposal w~ll not adversely affect develop- <br />ment of the r~.ainder of the parcel or of any other adjoining <br />property. <br /> <br /> (b) If the P!an~ing Director finds that the proposed sub- <br />division or resubdivision meets all the requirements as set <br />forth above and elsewhere in this chapter~ he shall certify the <br />proposed plat as a ~minor subdivision'~, and by affixing a not- <br />ation tQ that effect and his signature thereto, grant final <br /> <br /> <br />
