subdivision approval. At each regular Plannin~ Commission meeting, the Planning Director shall make a report of all minor subdivisions so classified, certified, and approved for filing Section 32-10. Recordation. Unless the subdivider shall record his approved final subdivision plat in the office of the Clerk of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth within thirty (30) days after ~e Planning Director and the City Engineer have affixed their signatures theretor said final plat approval shall be null and void. The subdivider or his agent shall, in writing, inform the Planning Director of the date on which said final subdivision plat was filed and note the map book and page number thereof. Section 32-11.. Preliminary Layout. The subdivider shall present to the Planning Commission six (6) copies of a preliminary layout at a scale of one hundred feet' to the inch which shall show thereon: (a) Proposed subdivision name or identifying title and a description of its location. (b) Na~e and address of record owners, subdivider, and designer of preliminary layout. (c)' ~ap of survey of the tract boundary certified by a licensed land surveyor. (d) The names of all subdivisions i~ediately adjacent thereto, and the names of the o%~ers of record of adjacent unsubdivided property. (e) Date of drawing~ true north point, and scale. If ' shown on more than one sheet, match lines shal! clear!y in- dicate where the several sheets jo~n. (f) Location of existing propertytines,' easements, buildings, water courses, sewers and manholes, water mains, culverts, storm drains and basins, and other essential features. (~g) Where plat abuts on ~ny natural or artificial body of water, show the approximate high water line, bulkhead and pierhead lines where officially established, and top of bank and toe of slope.
