Every person who intentionally makes an obscene dis- <br />play or exposure of his person~ or the private parts thereof, in <br />any public place, or in any place where others are present, or <br />procures another to so expose himself, shall be guilty of a mis- <br />demeanor. <br /> <br />Section 19-46. Same - Unlawful use of police uniform and badge. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person not a member of <br />the police force of the city to wear the duly prescribed uniform <br />of the police force or any distinctive part of such uniform, or <br />a uniform, any part of which is similar in color to or is other- <br />wise a distinctive part of the duly prescribed uniform of the <br />police force. It shall be unlawful for any person not a member <br />of the police force of the city to wear or otherwise exhibit a <br />badge prescribed for members of such force or a badge similar <br />thereto. Any violation of this section shall be punished by <br />a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars, or confinement in <br />jail for a term not exceeding twelve months or both such fine <br />and confinement. <br /> <br />Section 19-70. Trespass - After having been forbidden to do so. <br /> <br /> If any person shall without authority of law go upon <br />or remain upon the lands, buildings or premises of another, or <br />any part, portion or area thereof, after having been forbidden <br />to do so, either orally or in writing, by the owner, lessee, <br />custodian or other person lawfully in charge thereof, orl after <br />having been forbidden to do so by a sign posted on such lands, <br />buildings, premises or part, portion or area thereof at a place <br />where it may be reasonably seen, he shall be deemed guilty of <br />a misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> This section shall not be construed to affect in any <br />way the provisions of sections 29-165 to 29-170, Code of Virglnia. <br /> <br /> 3.
