AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1972-8 TO APPROPRIATE FROM <br />THE GENERAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND $80,000.00 FOR THE PURCF~SE <br />OF TWO NEW FIRE ENGINES, AND $5,000.00 TO FUND A CRIMINAL EN- <br />FORCEMENT STUDY CONCERNING CRIME IN AND AROUND RESIDENCES. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Ordinance No. 1972-8 be amended and reordained <br />to appropriate Eighty Thousand and 00/100 ($80,000.00) Dollars <br />from the General Capital Improvement Fund for theD~ase of two <br />new fire engines, and to appropriate Five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($5,000.00) Dollars from the General Capital Improvement Fund to <br />fund a criminal enforcement study concerning crime in and around <br />residences. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held July 25, 1972. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
