(c) Prospective location of the center. <br /> <br />(d) Maximum number of patrons center will accommodate. <br /> <br /> (e) A certification by the applicant that all require- <br />ments of this ordinance, hereinafter set forth, have been com- <br />plied wi~h, <br /> <br /> (f) A list of all employees who are expected to serve <br />in a managerial capacity in the center. <br /> <br /> '(g) A brief set Cf house ~rules which the ma~ageri~'al <br />personnel shall enforce'b?~h within the center and in the im- <br />mediate area outside the center, such rules being designed to <br />promote good order and peaceful behavior by patrons of the center, <br /> <br />Section 19-93. Same, Application for permit; action by <br /> City Manager. <br /> <br /> Upon receipt of an application for a permit, the City <br />Manager shall immediately cause an investigation to be made con- <br />cerning the qualifications of the applicant and whether the pro- <br />posed center is in compliance with this ordinance, The City <br />Manager shall grant or deny such permit and shall notify the ap- <br />plicant in writing of his action ~ithin t~-enty (20) days of the <br />filing of the application, If the City Manager denies such per- <br />mit, he shall state in writing his reasons for such action. <br />Evenly appl±cation shall be accompanied by a fee of $20.~0 which <br />shall not be refundable. <br /> <br />Section 19-94. Same, Grounds for denial of permit. <br /> <br /> The following factors shall constitute .grounds for de- <br />nial of a permit for operation of a center: <br /> <br /> (a) A finding by the City Manager that the applicant <br />has falsified his application in a material manner. <br /> <br /> (b) A finding by the City Manager that the applicant <br />or any of his designated managerial employees has a criminal re- <br />cord %~hich reveals any convictions for violation of any drug or <br />alcoholic beverage control laws, sex offenses, smlling or dis-~ <br />tribution of pornographic material, or any pattern of criminal <br />misconductas evidenced by a series.-of convictions. <br /> <br />r~les as <br />for lawful and orderly use of the center. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
