AN ORDINANCE HO APPROPRIATE $.1200. FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO PURCHASE <br />PAMPHLET REPRINHS OF VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE NEW CITY CODE. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Twelve Hundred and 00/100 ($1200.)
