1973-118 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $26,031~. FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />A REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Twenty-six Thousand, Thirty- <br />one and 00/100 ($26,031.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the General Fund for a Regional Transporta- <br />tion System, provided however, that no such funds shall be <br />utilized to pay per diem compensation to the Commmssioners of <br />the Tidewater Transportation District Commission as provided <br />by Section 15.1-1351 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, or th~ en- <br />tire appropriation as made herein shall revert and be return- <br />able to the City. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 11, 1973. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
