law enforcement officer when request is made in writing by such <br />law enforcement officer asking for the record of a certain person <br />named therein, or for the record of a person whose photograph or <br />fingerprints reasonably correspond with photographs or finger- <br />prints submitted with such request~ provided, that such written <br />request states that such record !s deemed necessary for the use <br />of suck law enforcement officer in or concerning the investigation <br />of any crime~ or any parson who is accused of committing a crime, <br />or any crime which is reported to have been co~itted; and pro- <br />vided further~ that said request in writing shall state that the <br />record will be used only for such purpose. <br /> <br />Section 7-19. Exemption as to Persons Pardoned or on Probation° <br /> <br /> Nothing in this article shall be deemed or construed <br />to apply to any pemson who has received or who shall receive a <br />full and unconditional pardon for each or any crime whereof he <br />shall have been convicted~ or to any person %~ho is or shall be <br />on probation under the laws of the state~ or whose probation <br />period under %he laws of the state shall have expired without <br />any revocation of such probation havin~ been made~ <br /> <br />Section 7-20. Penalty fcr Violation of Sections 7-13 <br /> through 7-t9~ <br /> <br /> Any person violati~g any provi~ion-~f Se~ti~ons 7-13 <br />t~ough 7-19 shall upon conviction thereof~ be punished by a fine <br />of nou exceeding one thousand dollars or confined in jail not ex- <br />ceeding twelve months~ or both~ <br /> <br /> 3.
