shall within twenty-four hours from and after his return to the <br />city comply with section 7-13 of this Code° <br />Section 7-15. Convictions l{ore Than Ten Years old. <br /> No person shall be required to comply with the provi- <br />sions of sections 7-13 and 7-14 of this Code~ whose convictions <br />skall have occurred more than ten years prior to his arrival in <br />the city° <br /> <br /> Section 7-16. Report of Change of Residence; <br /> False Reports~ etc. <br /> <br /> In the event that any person specified in section <br />7-14 of this Code shall change any place of residence~ stopping <br />place or living quarters to any new or different place or places <br />within said city other than any place last shown in such report <br />to said chief of poiice~ he shall within twenty-four hours after <br />the making of such change~ notify said chief of po!ice~ in a <br />~itten and signed statement~ of such change_of address, and <br />shall furnish in such written statement to said chief of oolice <br />his new address, and each one thereof. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person required by any <br /> provlsmon of this article to furnish any such report~ to furnish <br /> in such report any false or fictitious address, or any address <br /> other than a true address or intended address, or to furnish~ in <br /> making any such report~ any false~ unt~ge or misleading informa- <br /> tion or statement relating to any information required by any <br /> provision of this article to be made or furnished. <br /> <br /> Section 7-!7.~ Filing Statements, etc., Inspection Thereof. <br /> <br /> The statements~ photograohs and fingerprints provided <br /> for in section 7-13 shall at all tL~s be kept by the chief of <br /> police in a file separate and apart from other files and records <br /> maintained and kept by the department of police and shall not be <br /> open to inspection b~ the public or by any person other than a <br /> regular member of the department of police~ provided~ however, <br /> that any such photograph or duplicates thereof may be exhibited <br /> to persons other than police officers of the city for the purpose <br /> of assisting in identifying perpetrators of any crime. <br /> <br /> Section 7-18. Copies of Statements, etc., Transmitted to <br /> Law Enforcement Agencies on Request. <br /> <br /> Copies of such statements~ photographs and finger- <br />prints referred to in this article may be transmitted to any <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br /> <br />
