Ia) His true name and all aliases which he has <br />used or under which he may have been known; <br /> <br />of which he <br /> <br /> (b) A full and complete description of his person; <br /> <br /> (c) The kind, character and nature of each crime <br />has been convicted; <br /> <br /> (d) The place where any of such crimes were com- <br />mitted and ~e ~iace of conviction of the same; <br /> <br /> (e) The name under which he was convicted in each <br />instance and the date thereof; <br /> <br /> (f) The name~ if any~ and the location of each <br />prison~ reformasory~ jail and other penal institution in which <br />he was confined~ or to which he was sentenced; <br /> <br /> (g) The location and address of his residence~ <br />stopping' p!ace~ living quarters or place of abode in the city~ <br />and each one thereof, if more than one; or~ the address or lo- <br />cation of his intended residence~ stopping place~ living quarters <br />or place of abode therein~ and each one thereof, with a descrip- <br />tion of the character of each such place~ whether s hotel~ apart- <br />ment house~ d%~ellin9 house or othe~ise~ giving the street n~w~er <br />~ereof~ if any~ or such description of the 1address or location <br />thereof as will so identify the same as To make it possible of <br />location~ and the length of time for which he expects or intends <br />to reside within the territorial boundaries of the city. <br /> <br /> At the time of furnishing such information such <br />person shall'be photographed and fingerprinted by the chief of <br />poizce~ and such photograph and fingerprints shall be made a part <br />of the permanent record herein provided for. <br /> <br />Section 7-14. <br /> <br />~en Residents Required to Comply With <br />Section 7-13 of this Code~ <br /> <br /> Every person residin~ within the city on the effective <br />date of this article~ except where such person has resided con- <br />t~nuously in the city for three years prior to the effective date <br />of this articte~ who has been within ten years prior to the ef- <br />fective date of this articte~ convicted of any offense punishable <br />as a felony in the state or elsewhere, shatl~ within forty-eight <br />hours from and after the effective date hereof~ comply with the <br />provisions of section 7-13 of this Code, and every person resid- <br />ing in the city who may hereafter ba convicted outside the city <br />of any offense punishable as a felony in the state or elsewhere, <br /> <br /> <br />
