(b) TO move traffic by hand: Stand with shoulders <br />parallel to traffic to be moved. Extend right arm and hand <br />full length at height of shoulders towards such traffic, fingers <br />extended and joined, palm down. Bring hand sharply in direction <br />traffic is to move. Repeat movement with left arm and hand to <br />start traffic from opposite direction. <br /> <br /> (c) <br />moving traffic <br />tO move. <br /> <br />To stop and start traffic by whistle: One blast <br />to stop; two blasts, traffic in opposite direction <br /> <br /> (d) Emergency stop of traffic by whistle: Three or <br />more short blasts, all traffic shall immediately clear the inter- <br />section and stop. <br /> <br />Section 18~55. Presumption from alcoholic content of blood. <br /> <br /> In any prosecution for a v~olation of Section 18-52, <br />the amount of alcohol in the blood of the accused at the time <br />of the alleged offense as. ~ndicated by a chemical analysis of <br />a sample of the accused's blood or breath to determine the al- <br />coholic content of the blood in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 18-53, shall give rise to the following presumptions: <br /> <br /> (i) If there was at that time 0.-05 percent or less <br />by weight by volume of alcohol in the accused's blood, it shall <br />be presumed that the accused was not.under the influence of al- <br />coholic intoxicants; <br /> <br /> (2) If there was at that time in excess of 0.05 per- <br />cent but less than 0.10 percent by weight by vol=me of alcohol <br />in the accused's blood, such facts shall not give rise to any <br />presumption that the accused was or was not under the influence <br />of alcoholic intoxicants, but such facts may .be considered with <br />other competent evidence in determiningthe guilt or innocence <br />of the accused; <br /> <br /> (3) If there was at that time 0.10 percent or more <br />by weight by volume of alcohol in the accused's blood, it shall <br />be presumed that the accused was under the influence of alco- <br />holic intoxicants. <br /> <br /> 2.
