AN ORDIN~CE TO APPROPRIATE $4~575.67 FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />THE REFUND OF EXCESS REAL ESTATE TAXES PAID IN T~ YEARS 1970-71, <br />1971-72 AND 1972-73 DUE TO AN ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENT OF CERTAIN <br />PROPERTIES. <br /> <br /> Be~ it-ordained by the Council of tke City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the s~m of Four Thousand Five Hundred <br />Seventy-five and 67/100 ($4~575.67) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is appropriated from the General Fund for the refund <br />of excess real estate taxes paid in tax years 1970-71, 1971-72 <br />and 1972-73 due to an erroneous assessment of certain properties <br />~wned by Catalina Development Corporation. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 26, 1973. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
