· i - <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATE~S FOR PARKING IN PARKING METER <br />ZONES OF THE CITY OF PORtSMOUTh. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the rate for parking in any parking meter <br />zone as set forth in Section 18-144 of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, shall be five cents per half <br />hour of parking. <br /> <br /> 2. This ordinance will be effective from and after <br />August 13, 1973. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 26, 1973. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
