AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $420,000. FROM THE GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROV~ENT FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN THE ARMISTEAD <br />FOREST AREA. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Four. Hundred Twenty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($420,000.)
