Any burnin~ of combustible materiais <br />wherein the products of coz~ustzon are enitted directly into <br />nhe open air without passing through a stack or chimney. <br /> <br /> Parking space. The standing storage s~ace for one <br />au{omobile ef not less than nmne (9} feet by twenty (20) feet <br />plus necessary driveway, access and maneuvering space as re- <br />cuired by section 40-49. <br /> <br /> Plot. A piece or parcel of land in one o~,~ership, <br />which may consish of a per,ion of a tract when the division of <br />saia tract ms eermitted by the subdivismon chapter of the city <br />a platted lot, or any confoinatien of several tots occupied or <br />intended to be occupied by one principal building and its <br />accessory buildings and including all the access, yards and <br />other open spaces that are applicable, provided that in no case <br />shall a plot be smaller than the typical or average lot of a <br />recorded subdivision of which it may be a part. <br /> <br /> Plot, corner. A plot which occupies the interior <br />angle at the intersection of two (2) street lines which make <br />an angle of more than forty-five (45) degrees and less than <br />one hundred thirty-five (135) degrees with each other. <br /> <br /> Plot width. Any notice or advertisement, pictorial or other- <br />wmse, with an area of less than two hundred seventy-five (275) <br />square feet used as an outdoor display for the purpose of adver- <br />tising the property or the esmablishment or enterprise upon <br />which the display is exhibited. <br /> <br /> Sign, ground.
