Junkyard. An establishment or place of business <br />which is maintained, operated or used for storing, keeping, <br />buying or selling lunk, or for the maintenance or operation <br />of an automobile graveyard, but not including a '~scrae pro- <br />cessor~' as herein defined. <br /> <br /> Kennel. Any place in or at which do~s are kept <br />under any one or more of the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (1) More than ten (!0) dogs of more than four {4) <br />months of age; <br /> <br /> {2) More than four (4) dogs of mere than four (4) <br />months of age that are no~ penned at all times; or <br /> <br /> (3) Any nm~er of dogs that are kept for the purpose <br />of sale or rental or in connection with the boarding, care or <br />breeding for which any fee is char~ed. <br /> <br /> Mobile home. Any factory assembled vehicle with <br />necessary service connections which is mounted or designed to <br />be mounted on wheels and which is permanently used or intended <br />for permanent, long-term use as a dwelling, but not parked and <br />unoccupied camping type trailers. Any such vehicle shall be <br />deemed to be a mobile home whether or not the wheels have been <br />removed therefrom and whether or non resting upon a temporary <br />or permanent foundation. <br /> <br />Mobile house park. Any tract of land of at least ten <br />(10) contiguous acres under unified ovmership used for the rental <br />of mobile home lots which wil! provide a satisfying living en- <br />vironment for mobile home residents on a long-term occupancy <br />basis. <br /> <br /> Mobile home subdivision. Any tract of land divided <br />into two (2) or more mobile home lots for the purpose of sate of <br />such lots to mobile home owners to he developed and used as <br />mobile home sites. <br /> <br /> Nonconforming structure. A legally exzstin~ building <br />or structure which fails to comply with the dimensional regula- <br />tions set forth in this chapcer, applicable to the district in <br />which such structure is located. <br /> <br /> Nonconforming use. A legally existing use of land or <br />building which fails to comply with the allotted or permitted uses <br />in Article IV of this chapter, either at the effective date of <br />this chapter, or as a result of subsequent amendments to this <br />chapter. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
