LENT; AND <br />FOR HOMEM32CER AND HEALTH AID SERVICES TO PORTSMOUTH CITIZENS <br />60 YEARS OF AGE AN~ OLDER. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Two Huandred Forty-seven Thou- <br />sand, Ninety-five and 00/!00 ($247,095.)
