4.50 <br /> <br />Section 14-42. Rates for irregular collections. <br /> <br /> Whenever any person requests that garbage or refuse be <br />collected by the city at any time other than in the course of <br />regularly scheduled routing of garbage trucks, a service charge <br />of Seven and 50/100 ($7.50) Dollars per trip shall be imposed <br />and collected. <br /> <br />Section 14-45. Billing procedure. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum service charge under section 14-40 <br />shall be billed quarterly. Where the service under section <br />14-40 exceeds the minimum; additional bills will be rendered <br />at the end of each month for the excess service. <br /> <br /> (b) The minimum service charges ~nder section 14-41, <br />shall be billed monthly in advance. ~'~ere such a service ex- <br />ceeds the minimum, additional bills will be r~ndered at the end <br />of each month for the excess service. <br /> <br /> (c) The director shall render bills for sez~;ice charges <br />under sections 14-5 and 14-42 monthly. <br /> <br />2.
