FROM THE GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEmeNT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE S~A-LAN~ TE~IINAL AND <br />ASSOC~ATmD BUILDINGS AND PAVEMENT AT PINNERS POINT. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of ~he City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia; that the s~ of Five Million, Four Hundred <br />Fifty-two Thousand, Four Hundred Twenty-two and 00/100 <br />($5~452,422.)
