AN OPJDINANCE TO A~END THE CODE OF m. ~ <br /> ~ .~ CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIR- <br />GINIA, 1973~ BY ~2~E~DI~.~.= SECTION 17-35 PERTAINING TO FEES <br />CHARGED FOR THE INSPECTION OF RENTAL HOUSING. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />1973, be amended by amending Section 17-35 of said Code, such <br />amended section to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 17-35. Inspection fees. <br /> <br /> Each applicant for a certificate of compliance required <br />by this division shall pay a fee of-ten dollars ($t0.00) for the <br />first inspection hereunder of a dwelling or dwelling uni~ and a <br />fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each reinspection there- <br />of. <br /> <br /> 2.
