(1) Nonresidential uses having a floor area <br />of five thousand (5,000) or more square feet and requiring the <br />receipt or distribution of material by motor vehicle shall <br />nave not less than one p~rmanently ~intained off-street <br />loading space for tke first five thousand (5,000) square <br />feet of floor area plus one additional space for each add- <br />itional ten thousand (i0,O00) square feet of floor area or <br />fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> (2) Off-street loading spaces shall be located <br />to the side or rear of the property, be properly screened <br />from public view and adjacent properties, and have the follow- <br />ing minimum dimensions: Length, thirty (30) feet~ width, <br />twelve (12) feet; height, fourteen (14) fe~t. <br /> <br /> (g) The provisions of the building code, relating <br />to the construction repair, alteration, enlargement and moving <br />of buildings or structures in fire districts shall not apply <br />to buildings or structures in the ~istoric District when the <br />fire chief certifies to the commission that ~n his opinion <br />such building or structure and the character of construction <br />thereof will not materially increase the danger of fire, and <br />the commission is of the opinion that the construction, alter- <br />ationt enlargement or moving the building or structure into <br />or within the district will accomplish, encourage and promote <br />the purposes and objectives set out in Section 40-92. <br /> <br /> (h) Except as otherwise provided in this section, <br />nothing herein contained shall affect the application of the <br />provisions of the building code to buildings or structures in <br />the Historic District. <br /> <br /> (i) Historic Limited Business: The <br />gulations shall apply to such Historic Limited <br />subdistricts as are established: <br /> <br />following re- <br />Business <br /> <br /> (1) Uses shall be limited to those allowed in <br />C-1 as prescribed in and for that zoningd'lstrlct.' <br /> <br /> (2) The Commission of Architectural Review ~ay <br />issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for alterations proposed <br />in any such subdistrict established on Afton Parkway and may <br />alter required off-street parking and loading requirements. <br /> <br />Section 102.1.
