(b) Signs must be kept in good condition or they may be removed at the risk, expense and responsibility of the owner, if after receipt of ~ritten notice from the Building Inspector the owner has not initiated the requested work within six (6) months. (5) Sanitary and waste refuse storage and collection facilities shall be provided on the lot or parcel and shall be screened from public view. Such storage and collection facilities shall be of a type that are dog, cat, rodent and vermin-proof. (e) The following off-street parking requirements shall apply in the Historic District: (1) Dwelling structures shall have one space for each dwelling unit. (2) Professional offices shall have one space for each three hundred (300) square feet of office floor area plus adequate additional spaces as determined by.the City Planning Commission in consideration of the character of the building after submission of the site plan. (3) No part of the parking space required by this article shall exist upon, and no part of any vehicle shall extend over the right of way of any public road, alley, street, walkway or mall. Off-street parking in front yards is pro- hibited except as normally exists in driveways. (4) Parking spaces shall be provided on the same 10t with the main building or not more than two hundred fifty (250) feet distant, as measured alon? the nearest ped- estrian walkway, provided that such area is under public ownership or the ownership of the principal use. (5) Parking requirements for t~.~o (2) or more uses may be provided by.~stablisD~ent of the required number of spaces for each use ~n a cor~mon parking area, provided that all uses being served by the common parking area are under same ownership or public ownership.
