be deducted from the leave account of the person taking <br />such leave. <br /> <br /> (f) The amount of annual leave to which any officer <br />or employee is entitled may be accumulated and carried over <br />from year to year; providsd, however, that all accumulated <br />unused annual leave in excess of two (2) years' entitlement <br />remaining in the leave account of'the officer or employee as of <br />December 31 of each year shall be automatically cancelled at <br />the expiration of such year. <br /> <br /> (g) If any officer or employee shall leave the <br />service of the city after giving reasonable notice of his <br />intention so to do, he shall be entitled to terminal leave pay <br />provided, however, if he shall be dismissed for personal de- <br />linquency or if he shall have resigned in the face of dismissal <br />or other disciplinary action, he shall forfeit his right to <br />terminal leave pay. <br /> <br /> (h) City Council shall have the right to vary the <br />application of subsection (g) hereinabove in establishing <br />conditions of employment for officers and employees appointed <br />by council. This provision shall be applicable to all contracts <br />of employment heretofore or hereafter made. <br /> <br /> 2.
