AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15,000. FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE <br />SF3%RING TRUST FUND IN T~E CATEGORY OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, <br />INTO THE GENERAL FUND. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 <br />($15,000.)
