AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15,000. FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />THE PAYM~ENT OF OPERATING SUBSIDIES UNDER THE CONTRACT WITH <br />COMMUNITY MOTOR BUS COMPANY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 <br />($15,000.)
