AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $221,100. FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING TRUST FUND TO T~E CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND IN THE CATE- <br />GORY OF DRAINAGE AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-one Thousand, One <br />Hundred and 00/100 ($221,100.)
