AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $69,294. FROM THE MENTAL HEALTH FUND <br />FOR RESIDENTIAL ALTERNATIVES TO INSTITUTIONALIZATION PROGRAMS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Sixty-nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety- <br />four and No/lO0 ($69,294.)
