FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS AT THE <br />PENNOCK STREET AND DEEP CREEK BOULEVARD AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of TWO Hundred Twenty-one Thousand, <br />One Hundred and 00/100 ($221,1.00.)
