AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $6,500. FROM T~E GENERAL FUND FOR <br />EXPENSES INCURRED IN HIRING AN ARTS CENTER ASSISTANT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred ($6,500.)
