AN ORDINANCE TO ~END THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIR- <br />GINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 24 THEREOF PERTAINING TO CITY <br />SWI~iNG POOLS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />moutht Virginia, that: <br /> <br /> 1. That Chapter 24 of the Code of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended by adding Article VII thereto, <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE VII - CITY SWIMMING POOLS <br /> <br />Section 24-150. <br /> <br />Regulations in Article II of Chapter 34 <br />of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia adopted by reference. <br /> <br /> Article II of Chapter 34 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth pertaining to City Swimming Pools is adopted by <br />reference and included herein. <br /> <br />Section 24-151. Fees for City Swimming Pools. <br /> <br /> An admission fee in the amount of 35 cents shall be <br />charged to all persons admitted to a City Swimming Pool. <br /> <br />Section 54-152. Rules for City Swimming Pools. <br /> <br /> The Director of Parks and Recreation is hereby di- <br />rected to establish safety rules and regulations for City <br />Swimming Pools and to post said rules at such swimming pools <br />after asking the advice of the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br /> 2.
