FROM THE FEDERAL GRANTS <br />FUND FOR DICTATING AND TRANSCRIBING EQUIPMENT FOR THE CIR- <br />CUIT COURT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Three Thousand, One Hundred <br />Fifteen and 00/100 ($3,115.)
