FROM THE FEDERAL GRANTS <br />FUND FOR CONTINUATION OF THE PORTSMOUTH/SUFFOLK ALCOHOL <br />SAFETY ACTION PROGRA~ FEASIBILITY STUDY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Two Thousand, Two Hundred <br />Eighty-two and 00/100 ($2,282.)
