AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $42,686. FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />'~E EXPANSION OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM UNDER <br />~-~ITLE VI OF THE-COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ACT OF <br />~973. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Forty-two Thousand, Six <br />.~undred Eighty-six and 00/100 ($42,686.) Dollars be, and the <br /> same hereby is, appropriated from the General Fund forthe ex- <br /> pansion of the Public Service Employment Program under Title <br /> VI of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect July 1, 1975. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 10, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
